Continuous fusion machine with a compact design for heat bonding of large and small parts. The machine is designed for simple and sandwich heat bonding.
LOADING STATION
The fusion machine has a working area of 140 cm², allowing multiple operators to load the parts to be heat-bonded.
It is equipped with a workbench and conveyor belt that facilitates the entry of parts into the machine.
TRANSPORT SYSTEM
It consists of a lower conveyor belt and an upper cover belt, made of fiberglass with antistatic treatment, seamless and coated with Teflon.
Compensating rollers guide the belt, preventing the formation of folds and undulations. A second tension roller maintains constant tension; the smooth surface obtained in this way increases the quality of the heat bonding.
INTEGRATED CONTACT HEATING SYSTEM
The upper and lower heating surfaces, 1250 mm long, are composed of a series of 9 LAMINATED profiles that form curved panels.
The first heating zone is located below, while the second is above the conveyor belts.
Upon request, it is possible to reverse the heating zones.
Each profile has an individual connection. This modularity of the construction ensures extremely precise temperature control.
The heating zones are equipped with independent control circuits, regulated by electronic thermostats, which simplifies the determination of the correct working settings for each type of fabric and heat-sealable adhesive. The precision of this system allows for usage tolerances that guarantee the best performance and the best adhesion to all materials. The resistance support ensures the best material support for the resistance.
ADJUSTABLE CENTRALIZED CONTROL PANEL (10” Touch)
Installed above the loading station, it signals the following functions:
Temperature via 2 high-precision thermostats that control values with strict tolerances, showing the set temperature values and the actual temperature.
The conveyor belt speed corresponding to the heat-bonding time is set via the electronic speed regulator.
Pressure settings are highlighted by a special display.
It also contains other control services necessary for correct operation, such as self-diagnosis, function control, work program storage (Touch), and error reporting.

COOLING STATION (1000 mm long)
Allows parts that must be unloaded manually or automatically to cool down to avoid leaving marks or stains. It is equipped with a special cooling blanket that allows parts to cool down so that manual unloading does not leave fingerprints on fabrics. Delicate.
CLEANING
The machine is equipped with continuous manual top and bottom cleaning, using removable parts.
Teflon graphite scraper bars at the outlet.
ENERGY SAVINGS
The consumption of machines with the new insulation system and the ECO heating system with solid-state relays and “smart” thermostats drops to unexpected levels, electricity savings are 52%, and CO2 savings become considerable.
