Kontinuierliche Schweißmaschine in kompakter Bauweise zum Heißverkleben von großen und kleinen Teilen. Die Maschine ist für einfaches und Sandwich-Heißverkleben ausgelegt.

Ladestation
Die Schweißmaschine verfügt über eine Arbeitsfläche von 140 cm², die es mehreren Bedienern ermöglicht, die zu verklebenden Teile einzulegen.

Sie ist mit einer Werkbank und einem Förderband ausgestattet, die das Einlegen der Teile in die Maschine erleichtern.

Transportsystem
Es besteht aus einem unteren Förderband und einem oberen Deckband aus antistatisch behandeltem, nahtlosem und mit Teflon beschichtetem Glasfasergewebe.

Ausgleichsrollen führen das Band und verhindern Faltenbildung. Eine zweite Spannrolle sorgt für konstante Spannung; die so erzielte glatte Oberfläche erhöht die Qualität der Heißverklebung.

Integriertes Kontaktheizsystem
Die oberen und unteren Heizflächen mit einer Länge von 1250 mm bestehen aus neun laminierten Profilen, die gebogene Paneele bilden.

Die erste Heizzone befindet sich unterhalb, die zweite oberhalb der Förderbänder.

Auf Wunsch können die Heizzonen getauscht werden.

Jedes Profil verfügt über einen individuellen Anschluss. Diese modulare Konstruktion gewährleistet eine äußerst präzise Temperaturregelung.

Die Heizzonen sind mit unabhängigen, elektronisch thermostatgesteuerten Regelkreisen ausgestattet. Dies vereinfacht die Ermittlung der optimalen Betriebseinstellungen für jeden Gewebetyp und jeden Heißsiegelkleber. Die Präzision dieses Systems ermöglicht geringe Toleranzen und garantiert so beste Leistung und Haftung auf allen Materialien. Die Widerstandsauflage sorgt für optimale Materialunterstützung.

VERSTELLBARES ZENTRALES BEDIENFELD (10-Zoll-Touchscreen)
Das über der Beladestation installierte Bedienfeld zeigt folgende Funktionen an:
Temperaturregelung über zwei hochpräzise Thermostate mit engen Toleranzen; Anzeige von Soll- und Ist-Temperatur.
Die Förderbandgeschwindigkeit wird entsprechend der Wärmeverbindungszeit über den elektronischen Drehzahlregler eingestellt.
Druckeinstellungen werden auf einem speziellen Display hervorgehoben.
Das Bedienfeld umfasst außerdem weitere für den korrekten Betrieb notwendige Funktionen wie Selbstdiagnose, Funktionssteuerung, Speicherung von Arbeitsprogrammen (Touchscreen) und Fehlerberichterstattung.

INPUT STATION

CLEANING
The machine is equipped with continuous manual top and bottom cleaning using a flannel cloth and a removable cover.
